If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return any item to us in its original packaged condition complete with labels within 30 days of receipt.
Exchanges or refund outside this period will be at the discretion of Schoolwear and More.
Returns are at your cost and at your responsibility until they reach us.
Please always ensure that you obtain a receipt for posting any return and that the order value is properly covered in the event of being lost in transit.
*Please note that your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories - unless they are faulty.
a) Goods made or supplied correctly to a special order.
b) Shirts Blouses Socks and Tights removed from packaging
c) All under garments and mouth guards
Order sent incorrectly/faulty goods
If items have been sent incorrectly against your order, or if an item is faulty please call our customer services on 01935 478178.
Items returned as faulty within 3 months of purchase will be inspected and if considered to contain a manufacturer fault, it will be replaced or refunded at the purchases price. Items over 3 months old will be dealt with at the discretion of Schoolwear and More.
In the event of an error by us resulting in supply of incorrect goods, we will refund the cost of return second class postage and rectify the error by dispatch of the correct item.
It is strongly recommended that you should always obtain a receipt for posting in the event of loss in transit and that postage includes insurance to cover the value of goods.
OUR RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
