Delivery costs are shown separately to the price and are confirmed and added to the total cost of the order if applicable, when we accept your order.
Goods will aim to be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order (subject to stock availability). Orders placed over weekends and bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the first working week day following. Please note that our dispatch times may rise to up to 48 hours during the exceptionally busy summer back to school period. Should we be unable to dispatch the goods within this time frame we will endeavour to notify you..
Please ensure the order form is fully completed to allow us to deliver the goods to you.
When ordering more than one item, deliveries may be made by instalments should an item be out of stock.
As soon as you have accepted delivery of your items you will become responsible for them including any damage that may occur to them.

If you are unhappy with all or any of the goods received, you can return any of them to us in accordance with our returns procedure.
Please note that your right to return Products does NOT apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty.
- Goods made or supplied correctly to a special order
- Socks and tights removed from packaging
- Under garments and mouth guards
